Course Length: 8 hours
Learning to recognize the symptoms of mental illness empowers your school staff to help students in a vital way. Staff learns how to identify a mental health crisis and respond appropriately. A crisis could be anything from a panic attack to a potential suicide. Upon completion of our MHFA course, participants are certied for three years. This course is suitable for any school staff personnel, not just nurses. Enroll your food service workers, custodians, teachers, and administrators. You can choose a focus on Adults or Youth according to your specfic needs.
